Offered here is an unused, original 1984 XXII US Summer Olympics Official Rawlings Baseball in its original box and with original display stand. It’s very rare to find this entire ensemble. The ball has yellowed just a bit as shown in the photos but would still be a great item to get signed by Mark McGwire or any of the other Team USA stars from the gold medal winning team.

This Vintage Olympic Spirit Hat by New Era was manufactured in the US to celebrate the Los Angeles 1984 Olympics. It has one tag inside as shown in the pictures which says New Era and made in USA. This hat was sold in San Diego County California where people were celebrating the ‘Olympic Torch’ going through on its way to Los Angeles. After the Olympics Authorized New Era Dealers were able to return unsold hats to New Era. The factory often marked returned hats ‘seconds’ and sold them to the public in their semi annual public sales. I see no flaws in this hat (other than the red ink on the white sweat band 😊) This is a great souvenir and would be a fine addition to any Collection.
