Here’s an original, signed first day issue, cancelled US Postal letter celebrating baseball star Reggie Jackson’s 400th home run. Letter is dated August 11th, 1980 from Valley Stream, New York when Jackson played for the N.Y. Yankees. Letter measures 6.5” x 3.5” in excellent condition with a cancelled .15 cent stamp. Jackson signed the letter in blue felt on 02/02/1982 next to his image above the 400th homer logo. Rare to have these together on one piece. Letter is a terrific example of Major League Baseball achievement. See through envelope is tanning but still quite nice. Pics are from the actual sports item you’re bidding on. No AI images or stock photos used. Text using the “Contact Seller“ option if you have any questions. Good luck bidding!
